The six steps a future client goes through before contacting you
  1. Offer Understand what you provide.
  2. Proof Give reasons to believe you.
  3. Visibility Be found on the searches that matter.
  4. Decision Reduce doubt.
  5. Contact Make the next step obvious.
  6. Measure Observe and improve.

Continuous improvement Measure what brought in an enquiry, fix the rest.

01 Situations

Where do you stand?

Six situations come up often. Which one best describes yours?

Each calls for a different answer, and none starts with “you need a new website”.

  1. I don't have a website yet.

Start with a clear base: your offer explained on five or six pages, and an obvious way to reach you.

    See the plans
  2. I have a website, but it brings in no enquiries.

First find what is blocking, before rebuilding anything: understanding, proof or the path to contact.

    See the diagnosis
  3. My website is slow or dated.

Rebuild it page by page, with a complete redirect plan, to keep what Google already knows.

    See the plans
  4. People can't find me on Google.

Visibility is built: one page per service, markup that search engines understand, a Google profile kept up to date.

    See what I check
  5. AI is changing how people look for me.

Make your services, area, prices and answers clear and structured, so that search engines and AI assistants understand them. Without promising what they will answer.

    Read my answer
  6. I don't know where to start.

A first conversation sets the priorities, before we talk about solutions or prices.

02 Diagnosis

Before building anything, I look for what is blocking.

Eight questions, always the same, asked of your current website or your project. The answers show where to start, and sometimes that there is no need to rebuild everything.

Written version

Digital Diagnostic

€290, fully deducted from the first signed project.

  • Written report within 48 hours
  • 5 priority actions, costed
  • 3 competitors analyzed
About the diagnosis
  1. Offer

Does what you sell fit in one sentence?

  2. Clarity

Does a visitor know within seconds that they are in the right place?

  3. Structure

Does each service have its own page, and do the pages link to each other?

  4. Proof

What gives people reason to believe you: past work, reviews, measurements?

  5. Visibility

Do Google, your business profile and AI assistants understand who you are?

  6. Conversion

Is the path to an enquiry short and obvious?

  7. Performance

Does the page load fast on a phone over 4G?

  8. Technical

Indexing, markup, security: do the foundations hold?

  • A complete analysisAll eight points, on your website
  • Concrete recommendationsRanked by priority
  • Within 48 hoursA written report, not a call

03 Structure

A website is only one part of the system.

A good-looking website without a clear offer does not convert. A clear offer without proof does not reassure. Each link depends on the one before it.

Here is how I connect all seven, from the offer to the measurement.

  1. Offer: see the details

    What you sell, said simply.

  2. Content: see the details

    The pages that explain it.

  3. Proof: see the details

    What makes people believe you.

  4. SEO: see the details

    What makes you findable.

  5. Journey: see the details

The path from a page to an enquiry.

  6. Contact: see the details

    The enquiry itself.

  7. Measure: see the details

What worked, what still needs fixing.

Measurement leads back to the offer: each round fixes the weakest link.

My approach

The whole picture, not just a website.

Everything starts from your offer, and measurement brings you back to it.

  • Local SEO included in every plan
  • Your copy written for you from the Acceleration plan
  • Edits included every month

04 Method

Six steps, each with something concrete.

Each step has a timeframe and a deliverable you can check.

The timeframes shown are for the Foundation plan: about 14 days, from scoping to launch.

Foundation plan About 14 days, from scoping to launch
  1. Scoping days 1 to 2
  2. Mockup days 3 to 5
  3. Development days 6 to 12
  4. Checks days 13 to 14

Acceleration (8 to 10 pages): about 21 days. Authority (more than 10 pages): about 30 days.

  1. Step 1: Diagnose

    Timeframe, Foundation plan: Day 1

I look at your situation, your goal and what is blocking you today.

    • What is blocking, listed
    • Ranked by priority
    • Goal of the website agreed
  2. Step 2: Structure

Timeframe, Foundation plan: Days 1 and 2

A 45 to 60 min guided interview gives me the material for your copy, then I set the plan: which pages, which sections, in which order.

    • Guided interview
    • Page outline
    • Approved with you
  3. Step 3: Design

Timeframe, Foundation plan: Days 3 to 5

I draw the mockup, approved with you before the first line of code.

    • Page mockups
    • Path to contact
    • Adjustments before coding
  4. Step 4: Build

Timeframe, Foundation plan: Days 6 to 12

I write your copy and build the website page by page, on a lightweight base.

    • Lightweight base, few dependencies
    • Domain name and business email
    • Optimized Google Business Profile
  5. Step 5: Check

Timeframe, Foundation plan: Days 13 and 14, launch

I test, I measure, then I put the website live.

    • Mobile, speed, forms, links
    • Indexing and redirects
    • Email delivery checked
  6. Step 6: Improve

Timeframe, Foundation plan: Then, every month

The website evolves with you, as part of the subscription.

    • Check-in at 30 days
    • 30 min of edits per month
    • Monthly report on Authority

My method

A simple logic: be understood, be structured, give proof, be found, be chosen.

  • Checks before launch, review at 30 days
  • Delivery times written into the quote
  • 30 days of adjustments after launch

05 Work

What this method looks like once it is live.

Real projects, not mockups: each website opens and can be measured.

For each one: the starting goal, the decision that followed, what was built.

07 Commitments

What I commit to.
And what I don't.

I don't promise to control Google, AI assistants or your market. I commit to what I control: the clarity of your offer, the quality of your pages, a reliable path to contact, the checks before launch and the follow-up included in your plan.

09 Questions

The questions people ask before signing.

Short answers, no jargon, taken from the terms of sale and the published prices.

  • Written into the terms of saleOwnership, notice, adjustments: what I answer here, I sign.
  • Prices from the public price listNo amount quoted here changes in the quote.
  • A question missing?I answer it myself, in French or English, Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6:30pm.

Another question? All the answers

Will the website really belong to me?

Your domain, your copy and your photos are yours, forever. The code is rented, which is what keeps the starting price low.If you also want the code, the Freedom Option transfers it to you once and for all, for 12 times the monthly fee.It is written into the terms of sale.

What if I want to leave later?

Thirty days' notice after the first six months, no exit fees. You leave with your domain, your content and your photos.Nobody is held back.

Why a subscription?

The setup fee pays for the design and the launch. The subscription pays for what continues: hosting, domain, backups, monitoring and edits, with a reply within 48 hours. The included editing time is written into each plan.

An AI can build a website. Why work with you?

It publishes a page quickly, that is true.It does not decide what should convince your clients, does not check your proof and does not test your form. That work of sorting, checking and follow-up is what I charge for.

Why not WordPress?

WordPress suits some projects very well, especially when you want to edit everything yourself. For a showcase website, I prefer a lightweight base: fewer dependencies, fast pages on mobile and more predictable maintenance. If your project needs a real back office, I tell you so and point you to a suitable solution.

How long does a website take?

From about 14 to 30 days depending on the plan: about 14 days for Foundation, 21 for Acceleration, 30 for Authority.

I don't have time to deal with it.

I ask little of you: a short list to fill in (photos, reviews, contact details, services). On every plan, a guided 45 to 60-minute phone interview is enough: I write, you approve. After that, edits are requested by email.

It's too expensive for me.

Prices are published: from €490 for setup and €39/mo.In France, an agency showcase website usually starts at around €2,000, according to the Codeur.com price observatory (March 2025).The setup fee can be paid in two instalments at no extra cost.If you are unsure, the €290 diagnosis is deducted from the project. And if your budget doesn't fit, I tell you.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes: the setup fee is paid 50% on order and 50% on delivery, at no extra cost. The subscription is paid monthly, or yearly with two months free.

Will I be visible on Google and in ChatGPT?

Nobody can guarantee a position on Google or a mention by an AI assistant.I structure your pages and your information so they understand them, and I commit to what can be checked: indexing, technical quality and clear reporting.I do not give a timeframe for results: it depends on your competition and your sector.

Can you guarantee me clients?

No: nobody can honestly promise that.I commit to the scope, the checks before launch and 30 days of adjustments after launch.

What kinds of businesses do you work with?

Those that need a showcase website to be found and contacted, wherever they are: distance changes neither the price nor the timeframe. No e-commerce or SaaS at these prices, those projects carry neither the same risk nor the same maintenance.I say so before the first call rather than after.

I need to think it over.

Take the time you need. After our conversation, I send you a written summary: your need, the proposed plan, the price and what it includes. No pushy follow-ups, no fake deadlines. If you like, we set a date together to talk again.
