Yonne Communes is an independent atlas-guide to the Yonne department (89), built on the same principle as ElParaguayo.net: sourced and dated content, no ads or institutional links, run like a local encyclopedia.
Cover an entire department (29 communes, 6 landscape territories) without becoming a generic tourist-office site, while keeping the content architecture navigable.
